• 2 day minimum rental requirement
• Driver must have a valid driver's license time of rental.
• Driver must be 21 years of age or older.
• Drivers under age 25 will be required to pay an underage driver fee of $25.00 per day (varies by location & car class).
• National may conduct a review of your driver's license status and driving record. National can deny rental based on your driving history for unused days of the rental.
• Car rentals are not allowed across US-Mexico or US-Canada.
• Additional driver fee of $5 per day will apply. Varies by location.
• Car rentals are based on a 24 hour time period.
• National does not offer a grace period between times of pick-up and drop-off of car rentals.
• National will not refund any unused days or hours of the rental.
• Child seats required by state law.

• Deposit required by major credit card or cash deposit
• All major credit cards accepted in the driver's name.
• Debit cards not accepted.
• Cash deposits: Required to leave $25 per day or $100 per week.
• All cash rentals must meet the current cash qualification requirements. When making a reservations for a cash rental, contact National for informaiton on current cash qualification requirements.
• Rental may be denied based on a review of the driver's license record.

  All additional fees are paid directly to National at the rental counter.
